BY CLICKING THE "Pay Now" BUTTON, THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY LICENSING THE PRODUCT ("YOU") IS CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND IS BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF LICENSEE DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE BUTTON INDICATING "Pay Now" MUST NOT BE SELECTED, AND LICENSEE MUST NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

DEFINITIONS

TechTotal" refers to TechTotal Soft Systems Pvt Ltd.

"You" refers to the user.

CHANGES TO WEB SITE INCLUDING LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TechTotal reserves the right to alter or delete material from the Sites at any time and in its sole discretion, revise the terms of this Agreement by updating this posting. Users are bound by any such revision and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms of this Agreement.

SECURITY

FEES: The rights granted under this Agreement are effective only upon payment of the Training fees, which are strictly non-refundable other than as expressly provided herein.

TERMINATION: This Agreement shall automatically terminate if You fail to comply with the restrictions described herein.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION: This Agreement is governed by Indian law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL TECHTOTAL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. IN NO EVENT WILL TECHTOTAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES

TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO REFUND

• All services (Training, Writing, outsourcing, online, classroom) are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied.
• Once an order has been completed or partially completed, the company does not grant refunds or changes under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Course Cancellation: Our courses are held monthly. We reserve the right to cancel a course on a monthly basis. In the event that a course must be cancelled, you will be informed by telephone in advance. You may then either reschedule for another course.

Cancellation by Student: Cancellations are non-refundable whether the student cancels or fails to show up for class; however, if cancellation is received prior to the scheduled program we will gladly reschedule you to another program.

TechTotal collects personally identifiable information to identify its customers, to respond to e-mail and customer service requests, to register and confirm registrations for programs and services, to process and fulfill service orders.
